How a Luke's guitar is allocated.
We don't hold stock and we don't sell through dealers. You deal directly with Luke and Alessia, from the first email to the day your guitar ships.
Join the list for your model
Free, and it commits you to nothing. You can join more than one list.
We open a production window
A few times a year. When one opens, we write personally to the first five names on each list, in the order they joined.
We spec it together and build it
You choose neck, finish and aging with us, we confirm your build slot, and your guitar goes on the bench. About 7 months from the start of the build to delivery.

Is joining the waitlist a reservation?
No. It's a free registration of interest, not a purchase commitment and not a reservation. You decide whether to buy only when we write to you.
What happens when a production window opens?
We write personally to the first names on the list, in the order they joined. You will have 7 days to reply. If we don't hear from you within that time, your place passes to the next person on the list.
Can I pay more to skip the line?
No. The order is the order. There is no priority fee and there never will be.
How is payment handled?
50% deposit to start the build, 50% when the guitar is finished. Bank transfer or PayPal.
Do you ship to my country?
Yes. Most of our guitars already travel abroad, many to the United States. We handle the shipping ourselves. Outside the EU, local duties may apply.
